Milano 29/11/2022
Also in Milan Dozens of people gathered at Piazza Duomo on the eve of the Constitutional Court ruling on mandatory vaccination. At the center of the interviews were the rights and respect for the Constitution. “In case of unconstitutionality, the consequences would be very important for those who have been the protagonists of true violations.”
Fifteen judges who are part
of the Constitutional Court,
who have the destiny and
fate of the Italian people,
are nominated:
five, by the President of the Republic,
five are elected by Parliament…
so you tell me
whether or not they are politicized.
Three are elected
by the Court of Cassation.
One is elected by the Council of State and
one is elected by the Court of Auditors.
These are the 15 judges who tomorrow
will decide the fate of the Italian people.
Tomorrow, as you know, the hearing before
the Constitutional Court will take place.
The court is called
to answer a series of questions…
related to vaccination obligations
and all the related consequences.
I would assume
that the sentence will be…
of constitutionality and therefore
of legitimacy of the obligations.
This is because, otherwise,
there would be…
extremely significant consequences,
including economic ones.
In fact, people who have suffered
the violation…
of their human and constitutional rights
should be indemnified…
and this, obviously,
is not desirable fot the state.
But the main point is, that it would open
a series of consequences…
also of a criminal nature
against the persons…
who are responsible
for these violations.
The judges of the consultation
will not be able to say…
that at the time
the obligation was introduced…
these things were not known.
All these things were
absolutely known.
There was already talk
of adverse reactions, even serious ones,
and all these adverse reactions
have been completely ignored.
If there’s one thing that pisses you off
about this whole situation…
it’s precisely the adverse reaction.
Because to abandon thousands of people
who have even serious adverse reactions…
to their fate…
without them being able to find
a doctor to file complaints,
without them being
able to find a coroner…
that establishes the existence
of the causal connection…
behold, this is a crime.
And it’s a crime that sooner or
later someone will have to pay for,
because we will continue
with our complaints.
I, as a lawyer of the Court of Milan,
I can’t
not trust and not have hope…
in our judges
of the Constitutional Court.
I would not believe
that they don’t realize…
that, now, that the health emergency
is over, there is no longer any reason…
to have a restriction of
our Constitutional Rights.
We need to restore…
the absolute right of man
over his own body…
and we need to bring the individual
person back to the centre of attention.
I also have full confidence
in our Priminister,
the honorable Giorgia Meloni,
because as an Italian citizen…
and as a person who is guarantor
of all Italian citizens,
both of those who have been vaccinated
and of those who have not been vaccinated,
You must bring back
justice to our country.
You must bring the Constitution
back to the center of our lives.
