(#FreeAssange fortunately shifted to #PardonAssange, so some info is outdated but #USUK putting themselves above all legal and human rules, agreements, treaties, justice, rights, ethics and morals is continuing and worsening. EU IS following them by the way.)
From X (13/11/2024 – about England)
They always seem to have time to criticize human rights abuses abroad, but then turn a blind eye when it happens here.
USUK ambassadors in Japan have announced that they will skip the Nagasaki peace ceremony – commemorating the victims of the 1945 atomic bombing – because Israel was not invited.
“Israel is not welcome here in Hiroshima. We will fight until the end.” The people of Hiroshima, Japan, stand with Palestine and vehemently condemn Israel’s genocide.
16/02/2024 (old) Update.
#USUK outraged by the Navalny case while they are killing Assange together in Belmarsh since five years. Can it get more hypocrite? Of course not, bullies are like that.
- Julian Assange is an Australian programmer and journalist,
- who is kept in Belmarsh, the worst prison of UK
- since five years without ever being accused or having a trial
- only because he provided access to the TRUTH about WAR CRIMES of the US
(published by the Guardian, Der Spiegel, el País amongst others, who are not being prosecuted) - This is just a US UK revenge on Julian out of pure childish frustration, not out of intelligent reasoning, objective justice or even common sense.
- But at the same time it’s a tyrannical attack on Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Expression and Justice in general of every Human on earth.
#FreeAssange!#PardonAssange
USUK stand above all rules, as always…
US UK together have, once again as so many times in history, decided that they stand above any international law, agreement or rule as well as Human ethics, morality, dignity, rights and justice.
They are in fact acting as the global bullies. That sucks, right?
Maybe they should be referred to as #USUK…
Bullying can happen in any context of human interaction
Bullying is the use of force, coercion, hurtful teasing or threat, to abuse, aggressively dominate or intimidate. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is the perception (by the bully or by others) of an imbalance of physical or social power. This imbalance distinguishes bullying from conflict.[1][2] Bullying is a subcategory of aggressive behavior characterized by hostile intent, imbalance of power and repetition over a period of time.
Bullying can be done individually or by a group, called mobbing, in which the bully may have one or more followers who are willing to assist the primary bully or who reinforce the bully by providing positive feedback such as laughing.
A bullying culture can develop in any context in which humans interact with each other. This may include school, family, the workplace, the home, and neighborhoods. (wikipedia )
In increasing the context-scale of bullying, from home and school to neighborhood and workplace, wikipedia ignored the obvious final step: the global scale. The world as a whole is just another, greater “context” of human interaction. With roughly 200 countries it can be seen as an extended school or university class.
Bullying on a global scale
In this global scenario there is like an elder brother who, after first having bullied his direct table companions, started bullying the entire rest of the class at the end of the 16th century until deep into the 20th century during which, however, he was being surpassed as primary bully by his outgrowing younger brother, more significantly so after WWII. Together with three younger and smaller family members they constitute the Five Eyes clan and their followers are most specifically a sometimes varying group of continental cousins, who used to fight each other for centuries but then somehow agreed to become a slavish “team” under the leadership and “protection” of the new primary bully who had grown to become the strongest economic and fighting force of the class.
Bullies specifically do not want to be seen through or revealed
In general bullies are infantile and actually very insecure (precisely because they actually know that their behavior is completely unacceptable and despicable). But they want desperately to appear to be exactly the opposite. In particular, they want to compensate for their uncertainty but in an infantile (they don’t know other) and exaggerated way by making a lot of noise, by showing themselves to be physically strong and by appearing to be extremely confident (in their infantile way). However, exaggerating this pretended self-confidence, they automatically ensure that every point of contention becomes polarized and that ‘therefore’ there can only ever be black or white. This also applies in their relationship with others, if you are not for them, then you are ‘therefore’ against them.
To justify their behavior, bullies often use improper or unjustified arguments. It is of the utmost importance that these are not revealed or seen through by others in general or by the accomplices in particular. Anyone who has revealed anything or could potentially reveal anything must therefore be silenced as quickly and definitively as possible.
The US bully war against Press Freedom (and Honesty) and, thus, against Julian Assange
The last paragraph of the metaphor describes exactly what is going on, in a global context, between the US and the Freedom of the Press, in which Freedom also stands for Honesty. The concept of “Classified Documents” (especially when it concerns military information) is nothing more than a politically “correct” term for mainly those documents that show that unjust or even criminal acts have been committed, except for some , possibly justifiable, exceptions that speak of military strategies. The accompanying excuse, as always, is that it is in the interest and security of the country or even the entire world.
The capture and torture for years of often randomly picked victims in Guantanamo has nothing to do with this. Nor the indiscriminate shooting of twenty innocent Iraqis as seen in Collateral Murder.
#USUK bullies’ thirst for revenge is pure infantile frustration
Obviously, we only knew about Guantanamo and the shooting in Iraq precisely thanks to Julian Assange, who revealed it through Wikileaks. And the US, like a good primary bully, has reacted in an extremely exaggerated manner out of pure infantile frustration and a desire for revenge. After all, they were and felt caught. In their frustration and anger they have increased their war on press freedom and honesty. The UK, as a good secondary bully should, fully supports the primary bully for fear of reprisals, but very likely also for fear of their own secret documents being leaked. Probably the same reason why all EU countries are silent as well.
The bully witch-hunt for Julian Assange, as a person and as the greatest global symbol for Press Freedom and Honesty, by the US with UK‘s support by detaining him in Belmarsh for 5 years without even being tried, plus the deafening silence of the EU countries are tangible symptoms of the fact that the so-called free democracies no longer exist or perhaps never really existed.
If the US does not drop the charges against Assange and if the UK does not release Assange or even extradite him and if the EU countries do not break their silence to stand up for Assange, then that is in fact a unanimous consent and reinforcement of the fact that the primary bully US may continue to go against all the rules and therefore continue to imprison, torture and even murder unconvicted people.
